Quality is average, but the line wait is always long and they always seem to have some sort of issue. Missed delivery, partial service, etc.
The drive through for this location was extremely long, so we decided to go inside. The indian gentleman running the drive through window was talking on the phone to someone the entire time and even went into the back to literally scream at them on the phone. Not the place or time. When we finally received our items, the man YELLED at my sister to STOP before we exited the building. food is average same with prices but the amount of time it takes to even place an order is insane. went this morning before work and idk if theyre slow or extremely understaffed but i sat there for maybe 10 minutes in the drive through before even moving one car. gave up and went to starbucks. its not even an isolated incident. went on a wednesday at 3 oclock and sat at the drivethru speaker for six minutes with nothing before giving up and going inside to order. no sign on there that drivethru was closed or anything. they a... read more
