I have an issue with the 15 mile and Utica location and the 18 mile in Garfield location. The people are friendly, however they don’t listen to you when you tell them what you want. The beverages are not good at all, I did try the new chocolate banana freeze and it’s hit or mess the first time I tried it there wasn’t really a balance with the chocolate in the banana, but I figured I’d give it a try again and it just tasted like ice no flavor at all, I’ve tried the refreshers and the pumps the flavor that they put into it the... read more
Pre-ordered donuts for my daughter's birthday. They didn't bother to fill the order until we arrived to pick-up and then were out of the ones we ordered. Very disappointing. I will not be a customer here again.
I have to leave my review solely for the service I've always received here, I absolutely adore the employees that I interact with at the drive thru. My order is always correct and ready for me, and I always get smiles and excellent service. Thank you to all the nice employees at this location for always being kind!
