It’s very frustrating when you order coffee with light ice and it’s constantly filled more than halfway with ice. Drink is gone in a few sips and I do not feel like I get my moneys worth. This location is right around the corner from me but may drive the extra mile to Tim Hortons from now on. Employees do not follow instructions. On the plus side the manager is very kind and the seasonal flavors are so good My only complaint is getting watered down coffee
I've been going through this drive through for years with my big red dog. I always order a Charlie. Recently they have no idea what a charlie is. No label on the drink the past two times and it was made way wrong. It felt like they were making fun of me especially the young lady. Very rude. I will never come back again
Hands down the worst dunkin I have ever gone to. Hard/cold hashbrowns and coffee improperly made plus RUDE employees
