This places just keeps getting worse from being super slow, messing up orders, having terrible service, ive worked at a dunkin before its easy to see how bad this crew is .... UPDATE i made a review forever ago and today 9/6/26 it got worse I just waited over 20 minutes for 1 ice coffee and they didn't even make it right they just totally forgot the Carmel there is 1 guy there worked there that's alright but when hes not working the place is terrible, less then one star
Ordered ahead and arrived in drive thru line that was not moving. Went inside after waiting awhile. still had to wait awhile inside and still got my food ahead of the people i was behind in the drive thru. The workers were about a 45 mins behind on orders. No other way to report service experience besides on google. The app does not give you options for refund etc without taking extensive time consuming measures. Terrible service. Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes until they finally took my order. Then sat at the window for another 6 minutes. On top of it ordered a plain bagel with nothing done to it and they have me one toasted with cream cheese (which is awesome because I’m allergic). Who ever they have working at 630pm on the 17th of August they need to fire.
They make nothing in house there . It’s DISGUSTING. Food taste like chemicals. Doughnuts are rock hard. Drinks taste like watered down crap. I always forget this and try it again and say thing, I’m always disappointed. It never used to be this bad . It’s probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to and so sad because I’m always so close to it
