Pulled in here at 6:45 AM walked in because the drive-thru line was so long. And no one was inside ordered two coffees and a doughnut. It is now 706 and I still don’t have my coffee or the doughnut. And 12 cars have gone through the drive-through. Unbelievable.
Moldy eggs and no espresso in my latte
the food and service is never a problem but recently the iced coffee has tasted like straight water with a hint of coffee and syrup. I go almost every single day at various times and it's all the same quality. I do however, fully believe that the staff would have no issue remaking my drink but they are often busy, and just as they don't want to hear complaints, i genuinely don't feel like complaining either. It's annoying for every party involved. Just hope i get a good iced coffee soon.
