Very disappointed. I had ordered two large iced coffee’s, easy ice. They accidentally gave me two smaller sizes. I was nice and told them they should had been large. They told me to wait around in the front. They handed me my coffee in a cup carrier, as soon as I got where I was going I noticed, all they did was load a large cup with ice then proceeded to just fill it up with the smaller size. So instead of correcting the error, they pulled a fast one on me. Very unprofessional.
Please contact your franchise and/or distribution companies to change your cup lids. Mark my words, your new “sippy cup” lids are absolutely terrible and will end your business. I would even say cruel to use them. Service and staff are wonderful and should not be left hunting for other jobs.
We had to wait about 10-15 minutes but they didn’t look very busy when the cashier finally came to take our order her attitude was unacceptable she left mid order to get a donut and she even rolled her eyes. No warmth, not welcoming very terrible customer service. I understand having a bad day but you should separate your personal problems from work crazy part not even the first time it happened.
this is my go to location!! always super friendly and quick service. i love it here 10/10
