Absolutely disgusting coffee and cold food on top of a 17 minute wait behind 1 car. I’ve never charged back an order so fast in my life. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to.
Had a minor mix up with my coffee here on my way to Woburn. Got to my destination and realized the coffee was made incorrectly, so I drove back and met August. This young man’s level of customer service is unmatched by any other coffee shop I’ve been to. He immediately offered me an apology and upgraded my regular iced coffee to a blueberry iced latte with oat milk, free of charge. Your service sucks
Zero star if I can. Ordered a macchiato bur they did my drink completely wrong. If they said they don’t know how to do it, then its ok, I will choose another drink. And they refuse to do it again. Look at this, how is it a macchiato?
