Very slow service. Was waiting 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich.
Every time I go to this dunkins and order a bagel with cream cheese there is always barely any cream cheese on the bagel. Coffee always has a chemical taste.
Ordered a donut and one drink through the kiosk and waited over 10 minutes, they had drinks in drive through lined up and still couldn’t get it done
Waited inside for at least five minutes and not one employee even acknowledged me. I have worked in the service industry so I get that it can be hectic, but to not even acknowledge a customer waiting to order is pretty bad. It’s not hard to tell a customer that someone will be with them in a minute.
