This Dunkin hasn't been able to make warm drinks for like 2 weeks now. Three times I've had to get a cold version of my drink and each time it was made with milk instead of the oat milk I originally ordered. Just go to the other one down the road until this one gets things sorted out.
This used to be my daily store but I’ll never go back, you have people that speak no English I explained my latte was wrong and he remade it with no espresso you can’t call to get a refund because their phone doesn’t work doesn’t ring or over a voicemail . I am sick and tired of this almost all stores in Vermont mess orders up.
3rd time I have gotten a bagel from this location and it is hard as a ROCK from being left out and stale. They refuse to put ANY cream cheese on the bagels. I've wasted money the past 3 times I have been there on something so simple. Really needs a change.
1 person working at lunch rush, should of looked at comments waited 20+ minutes :/
