Quick, friendly service. Ordered a berry refresher with sparkling water and was quite tasty! Also had a maple donut which I haven't seen in a while and it was good as well.
I ordered a mocha iced macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. I repeated the order 3 different times. The coffee did not have the mocha flavoring and the extra shot of espresso was given in a separate cup and when asked why, I wasn’t given an explanation. Not the only time coming to this Dunkin and the service is horrible.
Should make sure coffee is how and the number of donuts are in the bag. Shorted 3 , coffee no where near hot.
They were out of French cruel donuts at 9am Asked for a large coffee she gave me a medium until I corrected her, no napkins very incompetent. Won't be going back. Not the first time my order was incorrect. The staff does not listen.
