Came here for the Dunkin x Bears hat promotion. Called ahead a man on the phone told me they were participating and it was in store only from 1-2pm with a medium or large beverage purchase. Why were employees giving these hats to mobile orders and drive thru orders then? I waited in line inside where the line wrapped around twice. Ive been going to this dunkin for years and today there was a Bee in my coffee. The quality has been going down but this takes the cake as there was a DEAD BEE IN MY COFFEE and im my mouth. This is the bee after I spit it out. Just poured out the coffee too. Never going here again.
The Indian lady can't follow simple directions
Where did the hispanic lady go? She was always greeting with a smile on her face. I work around the corner so this Dunkin is good for me but might have to go to Starbucks because The girl that takes the orders drive thru in the afternoon, does not say hello does not smile. Always looks like she doesn't want to be at work. Hands the items thru drive thru doesn't say anything. Just damn stupid stare.
