Worst service I’ve ever had at the Dunkin’ Donuts. Waited in line for over 20 minutes. No one even acknowledge us. Watch multiple people come through and use the kiosk and get their food. You’re better off going across the street to McDonald’s.
Incredibly disrespectful staff member, openly disrespecting customers to other employees in ear shot of me, not to mention disrespecting me as well.

Went to this Dunkin in Lee this morning and there was a huge line as usual. The window person (female) was fast efficient and easy to communicate with! The huge line starting to wrap around the building was scooting!! Never seen a Dunkin move that quick and efficiently. Food and drink on point 5/5! Awesome job
Showed up at 6:40 20 minutes before closing refused to make decafe coffee
