This Dunkin’ runs on fumes…they ran out of munchkins and didn’t tell us till after we paid
Worst location ever, both times I was there in the past month horrible slow service. This time, they had some issue with a machine, so I waited forever for my online order, I went up and asked after every other customer coming in to order got their food. They handed me a bag minutes later and said here we just made it, everything was cold, so it was sitting somewhere in the back the whole time. I called them out that it was BS that they just make it, they lied again and said no we just made it. Not again!
Went to that Dunkin this morning and was treated like a complete piece of garbage!!! I ordered the sour dough sandwich and asked for extra cheese (only one piece comes on that huge sandwich) and extra bacon!!! I was charged for the upcharges but, when I opened the box to look at the sandwich, it had one single piece of cheese and 4 pieces of bacon!!! That’s not “Extra” at all!!!
