Very rude disrespect
When you wait in line for well over ten minutes only to get to the window to be handed the wrong order. Mind you, I just ordered a Med Reg Hot. When I remined her of what I ordered, they didn't have it ready, nor did they have any coffee ready. They had to make it. There I sat for another ten minutes. Cars lined up behind me. They filled my medium hot matcha only halfway, and they said it’s supposed to be like that. The foam does not deplete like that in 30 seconds lol, I am a barista and have been for years so I know how drinks work. Also it’s way too sweet!!! This is extremely lazy unacceptable work.
Great place for a coffee run
This morning I was denied food by this Dunkin’ Donuts because I tried to pay with a 50. There is no signage stating they don’t accept them. When I asked Jace what he or she would like me to do they said give the food back or they would take my license plate down. A little over the top if you ask me, and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate as well.
