Excellent customer service
Ordered on the app. Came and was told they were out of the chicken wrap I paid for and that because there is no manager in duty they will not give me a refund. The worker was extremely rude about it and laughed while he told me that I was just out of luck and would have to deal with it. He seemed high as hell.
Extremely disappointed today as we are regulars. First get told there's no wraps so I couldn't get my meal. Then coffee is messed up both mine and husband's. Then find out there are wraps from another employee.. they are frozen and the staff were being lazy. I'm not sure how this used to be the best around and my favorite dunkin to no one knowing anything about their job but the 1 friendly older woman with blonde hair ...I will not be returning as I'm tired of going back to have my drinks remade and I don't like how I get ta... read more
Has been out of almond milk for 4 days and was completely out of all dairy and non-dairy products when I went in today
