The rudest staff I have EVER encountered. When I asked for it to be refreshed, the server flatly said no, with no reason given. My coffee tasted like it was the scrapings of other old coffee pots. Is this a third-world country? $5.00 for a coffee and it tastes like crap? No thank you.
I have gone to this Dunkin's for a while now but, it seems that for some reason they can never get an order correct. It doesn't matter if you order online or at the store, or even inside. I have this constant issue of never getting the food I order
Worse drive thru experience. I use to work at a place that has drive thru as a teenager so I believe my ordering skills aren't confusing. I asked for two pretzel sliders and they only put in one order. When asked for egg bites she thought I said egg whites. She asked egg whites or bacon? I said the omelette egg bites bacon. Then explain I wanted two sliders which she put in. I ordered two donuts and chocolate milk. I get to window she takes my card and doesn't tell me the price.
