I will never go back to this place. the staff was extremely rude and the food was very disappointing. nothing was made right we had to ask them to make finish making our coffees right and who ever got the doughnuts for us didn't even out them into a box just throw them into a bag and told the cashier if we wanted them separated we should have asked. will never return to this one.
The wait was ridiculous, almost left the line. Messed up the order and had to wait longer. I'll stick to Biggby
They charged me $3 for a cup of coffee. I never got the coffee and their employees seem to not care
I've had my order messed up a few times recently. I brought this to the manager's attention and she was quick to respond and resolve the issue! Whenever I come in, the employees are very polite and helpful. I genuinely enjoy being a frequent customer here.
