Never Have enough product and running low on everything. Plus they are rude
I ordered here around 2pm today and was beyond frustrated/disappointed with the service. The man who took my Order was struggling to get my order right and then when I got to the window, another employee asked what my Order was. After I repeated it, she asked me again what size did I order. After eventually getting my drink, I waited longer..just for ANOTHER employee to ask what I was waiting for. Always bad experience with service at this location.
I came here at 7:52 PM, and the lobby doors were already locked even though the posted hours say the lobby is open until 8:00 PM and the drive-thru is open until 9:00 PM. I understand closing the lobby a few minutes early, but when I went through the drive-thru, I asked for a shake and was told they weren’t making shakes because they were going to close an entire hour early.
