Hello, I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue I have experienced at this location, specifically involving a manager named Sophie or Sophia (I am not completely sure of the spelling). I regularly order breakfast from this location, including an emu breakfast for myself and a grilled cheese sandwich for my wife. My wife is allergic to American cheese. Horrible service. Only one employee is working. We ordered all of our food, but we were missing a hash brown, and the croissant Sandwich was a little burnt. I told the lady about the missing hash brown, and she didn't understand, but she then said it was paid for, so I said, "Just forgot it." She seemed over-stressed, and she was taking her time. We waited probably 10-15 minutes for our order, and we were her only customers in there.
