Men’s bathroom light doesn’t work. Employee told me to use a phone light. Did not do coffee order correctly despite correctly charging me and having all the details on the sticker on the coffee.
Noureen is a good worker! She had a very difficult customer who was getting short tempered with her and she handled the situation very well! Noureen told her that they didn’t have heavy cream for her coffee and the lady acted like an animal. First of all she doesn’t even understand English she had to call a friend to translate for she and then she slammed the coffee on the counter and left.
