Super friendly Location. Mr. Saad was so nice and explained all the drinks to my kids in so much detail! So pleasant. Loved loved the caramel frozen drink..yummy...My kids and i loved the drinks, my bagel was ok and glazed donuts were yummy. Areas of improvement, only one person on staff is not enough. He was working SUPER HARD, but it is a lot for one person to manage. Drinks.. cleaning..register...Place needed cleaning but can understand given the limitted staffing.
I ordered a box of Joe. No issue, pretty standard. It’s about $28 worth of coffee. They gave me ten cups. I asked for more, they said they did not have permission to give me more cups. Paper cups. After I bought $28 in coffee.
The young lady has a serious customer service issue, she’s extremely rude.
I would've given this place 0 stars if it let me. I ordered online and NOTHING I ordered was what I received. I tried to contact the establishment and no one answered after calling atleast 10xs!!! I asked for a refund for my online order and was told that someone would be contacting me and it's been over a week and still NOTHING! I definitely won't be going back and I definitely don't recommend anyone going there. The management doesn't care about their customers at all!
