I drove 15 minutes to this Dunkin' hoping to enjoy a decent breakfast, and instead I was handed a completely burned croissant sandwich. It was inedible — just look at it. On top of that, the person preparing the order (#9794) was incredibly rude and showed zero customer service skills. No greeting, no courtesy, just a bad attitude and a burned sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable!!
I went to Dunkin on E Cary Street for the first time today & the customer service & food was EXCELLENT!!! THANK YOU!!! The atmosphere was awesome as well! Very clean and calm!
The best Dunkin crew anyone could ask for! Always pleasant not to mention spot on with the orders. They are also knowledgeable about drink and food combos! Check them out and tell 'em I sent ya!
I had the most amazing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts branch ! This was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. The staff was absolutely incredible — so cheerful, kind, and genuinely welcoming. I’ve never met such positive and warm-hearted employees before. They truly made my day, and I left with a big smile on my face. Thank you for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!
