Today I had my worst experience ever at Holbrook location. My kids asked me for donuts when they saw me passing the location. I turned around and went inside the store asked the lady for half a dozen. She grabbed a pice of paper that they hold the donut with her thumb was completely holding the donut with no barrier on top of her was had the paper barrier however her thumb was completely holding the donut. Never place an online order here. I don't know why I keep giving them so many chances and they make my order wrong every single time.
This place sucks!!!!!!! They are lost behind the counter, wandering around(4 people) while I p people wait on line. Took 20min to get a bagel. Go somewhere else!!!
