Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. I waited an unusually long time for service because only one employee seemed to be working. Another employee was away from the counter for over 25 minutes, and the employee who remained appeared more focused on chatting with someone they knew than helping customers. The lack of attention to customers caused significant delays and made the visit frustrating. I hope management addresses staffing and customer service issues.
Need complete corporate oversight? Dislocation is horrible. Saw a lady, not change your gloves. After touching the door and unscrewing something and going back to touching people's food. Absolutely, unacceptable. HEY ICE THIS YOU SPOT
