The people are so lazy no matter how many times you come through here and complain about them making your drink wrong they just keep doing it can't follow instructions. Had to get my own straw through the drive-thru window today because they won't give you straws either cuz the drive-thru ladies freaking confused
I don’t know what’s going on with this Dunkin location. The coffee has been discusting for months. Hot or iced it tastes like dirt and is undrinkable. I keep hoping it will get better but I guess I’m officially done🙁
The picture says it all, and pre-made donuts leave a LOT to be desired.
Every time we order from door dash whoever prepares their orders has no care to pay attention to the orders. We order daily and everyday they forget something or don’t prep it the way we order it. We’ve complained we’ve gotten replacements but it’s an EVERYDAY this happens and it’s exhausting. What’s sad it’s the only Dunkin nearby for our orders. Went thru drive thru today. No one in front of me. No one in parking lot. Yet it took over 5 min for my hot tea, glazed donut and apple fritter to be ready.
