I’m from the state of Connecticut and I stop at this service area. I purchased a coffee at another Dunkin Donuts where they didn’t make my coffee to my liking so I asked the managers there if they could change it for me. They gave me an attitude, called me a liar and refused to change my coffee for me. I was not pleased and their customer service skills as managers are horrible!! This was a very unpleasant experience and I would never return!
The girl working, you have a great attitude and was friendly. The place was clean. The food was made correctly. It's refreshing being able to leave a positive review.
I had my latte made 3 times it was not made right. I tried to get my money back and got told I couldn't . The excuse I got was that the machine must have done it. Please,I worked for Dunkin for a long time.i know he was lying. 6.99 plus tax for something I had to throw out, and I did try for him to fix it 3 times. I deserve my money back. I am very upset about this. I don't recommend anything from this Dunkin' Donuts
