Was wondering why I haven’t came here in a long time and now I know why horrible service the food to forever to get made. The guy was walking back and forth doing absolutely nothing just talking to the lady. When ordering the lady asked how may I help u so I started to order and out of no where the guy starts talking to her in middle of my order. this guy was yelling at everyone, like very loudly and when we came to get our order he made a comment at my sister in his language (bangla) which we understood. the audacity is insane? im so upset and disappointed in dunkin. we’re just hiring anybody? no customer service at all. i hope this rude man gets fired!
