The inside of the Dunkin Donuts is always clean from the front to the restrooms. The employees that work there are on point and provide the golden rule to their customers.
I usually come to the drive thru of this establishment and almost every time i visit, i have to wait 15 + minutes in the drive thru! And every time, my iced coffee is almost completely melted. The employees are nice, but the speed of the service is ridiculous. I spent $6 on a small iced coffee and have to wait almost 20 minutes. It was even a mobile order, so I don't understand the issue.
Drive thru sucks every time. Literally forgot our drinks and order. Then when we get home I still didnt have my whole order. And they were not even busy to he forgetting. So I just spent money on stuff I didnt evem receive. Now I am upset.
It took us over 10 minutes to get our food, all the tables were filthy & when we were waiting to order there were 5 people behind the counter and not one person looked at us. I had to literally ask them to help us.
