It took us over 10 minutes to get our food, all the tables were filthy & when we were waiting to order there were 5 people behind the counter and not one person looked at us. I had to literally ask them to help us.
Best coffee around
Went through the drive thru and ordered an iced caramel coffee. It was burnt so I asked if I could have a new one. The girl at the window told me there was nothing she could do, that she could add sugar so it didn’t taste so bad but they couldn’t make different coffee since they closed in 2 hrs. What?! Do better Dunkin! And to the girl in the pigtails- your inability to effectively handle this situation is concerning and reflective of your abilities. Some further training is required.
Great coffee
I love their donuts, and the bacon, egg and cheese and a strawberry refresher. Everything was very good.
