So I come here every time I go to work at a location near by. I come at 6am and the staff is always very friendly and I dont have a wait. BUT DD needs to take a class or watch some Utube videos on how to "schmear " a bagel properly. $3.61 for a bagel with a 1/4 teaspoon of cream cheese is not acceptable and it's EVERY TIME.
Very bad experience from a lady at the drive thru just now at 1317 on October27. I never had to hand my phone to anyone at the drive through before. she got upset so I drove off left my order behind hopefully I'll get my refund. I will never eat or drink anything from someone who's that upset at a customer because I questioned why she need to hold on to my phone knowing you could have access to my cashapp and other personal things.
Server didn’t want to be there you could tell when stated I was picking up mobile order she just said pull forward. When I pulled forward she was just finishing up my drink and slung it out the window and slammed the window shut without saying a word. Never will I come to this location again very disappointing.
