I've never been a fan of dunkin donuts but I had a free reward so decided to give them a try and now I wish I didn't cause I stood at counter and watch the young man make my breakfast wrap n it was the most disgusting thing to watch how he placed every item that belongs in my wrap on the dirty crum filled area n then bagged it up n handed it to me but decided to clean the area before handing me my bag um sir dnt you think you should've cleaned area before making my food .. Lazy
In the midst of a 10 AM rush they moved very quickly and very professionally! I reply wanted to come on here to appreciate the man on the register at the time (black man, mid 20s, black bandana) he went to pick up our bag and as he did that it ripped and hit the floor. He was so calm and collected and had us pull forward to collect our meal.
