While I waited for 2 drinks my first drink almost got cold. The food wasn't packed nicely. And the wrap was over fried The stuff was not friendly.

Dunkin' donuts or Dunkin is to America what Tim Hortons is to Canada. I haven't seen much of your friends with any other Dunkin. More or less every Duncan is similar. This was spacious with good sitting arrangement. Customer service was friendly and welcoming.
Upon utilizing the mobile ordering system as my customary practice, I arrived at the establishment and proceeded to the restroom to wash my hands prior to retrieving my coffee. Upon my arrival, there were two individuals in line, and ten additional individuals had joined the queue after I briefly exited the restroom.
