I always go thru the drive thru and always have quick and friendly service no matter which Dunkin I am at. This morning I was at the one in Monee IL. They have 2 drive thru lanes and both had at least 5 cars in front of me when I pulled up. I placed my order and pulled up to pay. She handed me my coffee and said, "our system is down. Thank you for being a Dunkin customer". As I drove off, I thought of how many other companies would have closed or did manual receipts. There is no frosting on the donuts.
This location is awful. The donuts and most munchkins are always stale yet the chocolate munchkins are always soggy. The workers constantly cut you off and try to rush you through the ordering process. They’re rude at the window as well and will slam the window shut before you can ask for things or even get all your items. The drinks are never consistent and the food has never been above mediocre at best.
Everytime I have came to the drive through without doing an on the go order, I get to the window to pay and my order mysteriously disappears and they say it was never entered then I'm ignored while they continue to take orders and I'm sitting at the window. They need to be more respectful of customers and realize what the hell they are doing so orders are corrected. Absolutely ridiculous every time I go.
