This Dunkin’ has gone down hill the last few months. It’s a waste of money to buy anything here. It is always made wrong and everything is always burnt. This is the most disgusting thing and it’s hard as a rock. All the other Dunkin’s are so much better in quality and customer service.
I went to get an iced coffee and then an sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I didn't receive my sandwich before I left to leave to go meet my mom in the car and I tried to telling the employees that I didn't receive my sandwich because on my coffee I had two items and the second one was a sandwich and I told them. I gave them a chance to give me my sandwich but my mom was waiting for me and I didn't want to make her wait too long so I got mad and left. I stop by this Dunkin on my way to work most mornings, and the service is always great. The staff is friendly, my coffee is consistently made right, and orders come out quickly even when it’s busy. The store is clean, and the team always makes for a smooth start to my day. Highly recommend.
