Came here to grab some coffee before work ….. was not greeted . I understand that drive thru was busy however …. Nobody said anything to me waiting there for 5 mins & didn’t even get to order I ended up walking out .
We used to frequent this Dunkin after moving to the area but have recently been going out of our way to go elsewhere or to other locations. The staff has recently changed, I don’t know if management has either but they are clearly untrained and rude on top of that. We got no response after waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes. We then went inside to find 4 people waiting on orders. What is happening at this Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru is nothing short of embarrassing. Customers are camping at the window for 15–20 minutes at a time, holding everyone else hostage while your operation visibly falls apart behind the glass. This isn’t a steakhouse. It’s coffee. If it takes nearly half an hour to hand someone a drink and a bag, something is seriously broken. I was at the dunkin at 9:26 and they didn’t take my order for 10 min and then when i got the window they gave a bagel with plain crean cheese but a ordered veggie cream cheese. And even if they are out, they should let me know about the cream cheese.never coming again!!!!! And there was very little cream cheese compared to other Dunkins.
