Horrible. Every time I’ve been here so far theirs always been an issue with the service.

Entitlement dismissmisive attitude shrugging off not listening but reverting to blaming the system as an acceptable excuse. Out of coffee milk and just made it with regular. Obviously could be ok, however, not only do they upcharge for it.. what if I wanted something else. Let alone system in today's day and age should sync and remove what you don't have or ask can I give you something like a donut or here's the refund for it. Especially when they know who you are coming so often. All businesses do inventory checks I'm sure.
There are no usable outlets in the lobby. I'd rather go to starbucks.
