Technology Over People: A Frustrating Dunkin’ Experience They have an automated ordering kiosk that was not working right but the two employees standing there doing nothing still would not help me place an order so I walked away and decided to fire all Dunkin Donuts. If your technology is more important to you than your customers, good luck to ya!
My reason for the review is to just say to spend the extra $10 and go to the hotels breakfast instead! Customer service from one of the workers was good but that's about it. They were out of half the food. They asked what substitutions were okay, told them, and then they forgot to make our order. Waited 40 minutes for hash browns, bacon, and a wake up wrap (the substitution for a bagel).
Review is going to be the same as others. All the workers are taking orders from the kiosk. It makes it feel cold walking up. The ladies behind thr counter were friendly and did help people with donut selectio s after the order was placed. There are doing a good job and working hard but the setup is not consumer friendly.
