Absolutely horrible. Cheating point employees. Ordered for me and my daughter. girl takes order pulls her phone out and scams for my awards and then presses cash button register pops open and she says oops do you have cash instead while I’m holding a credit card. I said why did you scam your app which I clearly saw. Tells me oh that was something else. So I leave not paying or taking the food. Your own employees are scamming the app for the points. Wonder how many others they scanned out of their points.
The BEST Dunkin'! While this location is near where I live, I always try to go here even if I am not close to home. Their drinks are consistent and always taste great, as well as the food, which is not the case for other locations. They also are incredibly efficient and the lines go quickly. It's also the people that really make the experience for me. No matter what time of day, 6am or 11pm, everyone who works here is incredibly kind to me which I appreciate more than they will know. This is my ultimate pick-me-up place!
Basically service is fast. BUT they handle everything with bare hands and no gloves. I’d love to add a photo but there is no option. They use bare hands to touch your food. And they touch everything. Didn’t see anyone clean their hands.
The workers here are absolutely rude!! Guy behind the counter with glasses and beard tried to get pressed at someone by saying he couldn't read something out of some coupon, shame on this place. Hire better attitude people will ya?!
I’ve only been to this Dunkin twice yet both times have been terrible experiences. Both times were also during the overnight shift so there’s clearly a problem when it comes to this shift. I don’t know if this is a staff issue or it’s just one guy but I’m pretty sure this same dude took my order in the summer and messed it up. Anyways yesterday I ordered a Dunkalatte from here and it looked terrible, completely wrong. I’ve never had a problem with ordering a Dunkalatte anywhere else.
