I go every morning before work. Everyone there is so friendly and they know my order just by my voice in the drive thru.
I’m really disappointed, and I almost never leave bad reviews—but for nearly $6, I expect to get a full drink, not take three sips and already be halfway through! It’s disheartening to have this experience. What made it even more frustrating was when I politely asked a staff member to remove the ice, only to be told that without it, the drink would look like a much smaller quantity. $6 for a CUP OF ICE! I ordered a medium shaken espresso but instead I got a cup of ICE with a DASH of coffee. This WASN’T the first time nor the second—this was actually the THIRD time. I even asked for LIGHT ice. YUP, learned my lesson, won’t be visiting this location again
