Horrible customer service! I order my food through drive through got to the window to pay and I ask for water, they said they could add to my order . I’m like it’s water they’re nothing you have to make. So I’m ok maybe my food is ready, NOT I waited 10 minutes for my food. Out of all the time I could have 20 waters. I asked for a manager after waiting 5 minutes waiting for my food, they said she was too busy. I’ve never had this before. Manager should always be ready to assist customers.
Update: 7-17-25 Just ordered a triple espresso over ice, with 1 shot of caramel and oat milk. What i got was a double espresso, 2 shots of caramel and whole milk. They didnt get a single thing right. I used to love going to this location. Now? Not so much. They only care about drive through. 7 drive through customers were taken care of by the time i put in my order for a coffee at the register.
