Today I went in to get a drink for my daughter and it was called the Sabrina carpenter drink I guess they changed the name of it and she yelled out loud that Costumer should know the name of their drink. I just stay quite because I just came out church and didn’t want an argument with anyone I wanted to order more drinks but I told her that will be all pay and left.
I ordered a iced latte and they gave me a cup of straight milk. Went in and showed them and said it's just milk and the lady wanted to give me an attitude and roll her eyes.
I cannot believe the experience I just had with the takeout crew. I ordered something at takeout and called it the wrong name. When I pulled up to the window I saw and heard the staff laughing about it for what felt like 5 minutes. I spoke with a woman, who gave me a wrong order, and said I heard her. She denied that. Then the person who was laughing at me came to the window and gave me my order. I asked to speak with the manager of which she first she lied and said they were not there.
