I prior to this date, July 14th, had a terrible review of this place, with 3 stars. It was kind of low staffed and they usually had a really bad attitude. I'm really relieved to say that over the course of the past couple months I have been going regularly, and it seems very well staffed. In fact it is so well staffed, they keep up with the line outside which has a tendency to literally wrap around the building. I used to adamantly hate Dunkin, however this location is great and has me coming back every week. My order is always ready when I show up, always correct and they’re so friendly. Highly recommend!!
Owen gave extraordinary customer service!!! He also gave a great suggestion, when I couldn’t decide what I wanted.
