Donuts frozen overnight and thawed during the day.
Service is horrible. It takes 1/2 to get through the drive through. I could be the 3 car in line and it still takes 1/2 hr. People are friendly but super slow. Bagels are stale.
Took 20 minutes for someone to finally take my order! When they finally placed my order took 10 minutes just for 1 coffee. Didn't taste anything like what I ordered.
Took 20 minutes for them to take an order, then the next day took 10 minutes. They were so rude to a new girl in training. And so rude to their customers.
Do not waste your time here! I thought the drive thru took forever. They will take an order and then tell you to hold on as they do one order at a time. This morning 09/19/2025 7:30am I stood there for 20 mins and I was 2nd in line. And the manager is screaming at other employees when they’re just trying to do their job. They need to shut this location down and hire a new manager.
