I’ve given this place multiple chances but unfortunately the poor quality is not worth any price. Espresso based drinks have gritty residue and burned flavor. I don’t think they’re filtering their water, which is essential for good coffee. Asked for some plain water and it tasted very bad. If that’s what they’re using to make drinks, no wonder the drinks taste terrible!
Plain means plain, it does not mean GLAZE Cake and old fashioned are synonyms Customer Service is a thing of the distant past
