Rebecca is a horrible manger shes rude to all customers and staff members especially the ones she is training i saw her yelling at a member and she put her hands on her and pushed her out the way no one should be treated this way shes a horrible person and manger she needs to be noticed for her horrible behavior and actions she doesn’t have respect for others.
Came here to get a HOTA Matcha Latte at 6:40Pm on Tuesday night. The worker told me she had already shut down the latte machine so she can’t make anything hot. Ok…….. so I told her I’ll a cold one. I ordered munchkins too. The latte wasn’t filled all the way and there. You close at 7pm but stop serving hot lattes at 6:40??? Won’t return.
Had a pretty basic order. Drive-through person this morning said it’s your world, We’re just living in it. Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
