I ordered a small Dragonfruit Refresher with no ice and received a cup that was only about half full. If customers are paying full price, they should receive a reasonable amount of the beverage. I was very disappointed with both the service and the value I received.
The people working the morning shift on July 8, 2026, are absolutely terrible at customer service. I was in the store for six minutes and no one helped me; the three employees were talking among themselves as if I didn't understand—they saw I was Latino and mocked me. Garbage.
I was ordering food and i asked for 2 sausage egg and cheeses and they give me 1 and said “Its not our fault the lady got your order wrong” and they told us to go back but we couldn’t bc we already paid for two
My fav Dunkin omw to work !!! The girls are amazing… there’s this one rude guy but he was doesn’t matter bc I barely see him
