I have sent mobile orders to this location twice and both occasions I had to wait in the drive thur for over 10 mins for then to come to the windows with wrong order. then another 10 mins for my actual order. ugh terrible dunks EVER
Bagels are always stale when I come here. Drive through is pretty cumbersome. Service is decent at least but a disappointing Dunkin’ experience overall.
They might be hustling a little too much, I just sat at the counter for 15 minutes didn't even acknowledge that I was there and were helping people walking in after I did at a separate counter. Under staffed
Pretty sure the manager here is on something.. heavy!! Yelling at your employees with a megaphone is another level of disrespect. Why do you guys allow this kind of behavior? Seems like they just hire anyone and give them titles that’s not deserved
