I am a regular at this location & I usually wait to do reviews to see if maybe certain employees just weren’t having a good day. I go usually 6-7am weekdays. Never do they greet you upon entrance of acknowledge you. No “hi good morning” , there is a short cuban woman, short brown hair, she will look you dead in the eyes without even so much as a smile. Apparently it is common to pull up to this location before closing time and being ignored and having the store close early. As well as common to receive bad customer service here. I pulled up at the drive through on Saturday 8/22/2026 at around 6:30pm EST. We waited at the drive through for almost 15 minutes and said "hello?" multiple times. I even wondered if the employees were ok inside because nowadays you never know. I swear they always get my order wrong. I’ll pay for extra stuff and when I get to my job, I see that I get completely opposite of what I paid for. I asked for a croissant sausage, egg and bacon no cheese and I got a bacon, egg and cheese. I spent extra for my sandwich and I didn’t even get Even remotely close to what I wanted. The people they are nice, but they don’t know what they’re doing. Obviously, this has happened more than once. You would think I would’ve learned to check the bag before I leave every single time..

Horrible service, terrible attitude, and a completely neglected location Today, July 19th at 1:40 PM, I visited this Dunkin' Donuts. I come here almost every single day, but today’s experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. To begin with, the AC was turned off, and it was unbearably hot inside.
