I ordered a Dunkin Box O' Joe and when l opened it and tried it, it literally wasn't coffee it was water mixed with Coffee! It didn't even taste good and it just tastes like water! Why am l paying for coffee flavored water??? This doesn't make any sense!
This place is the worse ever they really need to close this one down the worker are very rude and they give you want they want to give you not what you order like on come people are spending they're money there, none of my order was right and when I went back in they look at me like I was crazy. they don't need any stars and they don't understand English very well I'm just saying they need some help or close it down.
If I could give a “0” I would. On December 25, 2024, I went through a drive-thru to order a cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese for my daughter. When I placed my order, I specifically requested that the cream cheese be spread on the bagel. Total decepción. No se que ha pasado con este DD. Yo trabajo al cruzar de la calle, llevo mas de un año ordenando aquí. Desde que el nuevo manejo entró la comida y el servicio son fatales. O sea, órdenes incorrectas, la comida sabe vieja, y hasta vi a una de la cocineras tosiendo en sus manos con guantes y yo tuve que decirle que se los tenía que cambiar por que había tosido en ellos.
