This Dunkin’ is in the back of a gas station, with a drive-thru window. I did not drive here, but inside, the woman running the counter was working by herself. Not particularly friendly, and seemed to be upset that there were 4 people in line inside, and 2 or 3 cars in the drive-thru. After waiting about 10 minutes, I left and went across the street to Starbucks.
Absolutely ridiculous operation of one person, no urgency, wait time of 20 minutes. Never again
Once again their frozen coffee machine was down. Why cant they get machines that dont break down all the time?!?! Out of the 5 places we frequent only one has had the frozen coffee every time. The others its like 4 out of 5 visits it is broke down!
3-5 minute wait per order 2 people working Just go to Starbucks across the way it’ll be faster
