Zero Manners Zero Urgency(and I mean Zero) Unprofessional Food- 3/5 Service & Manners- 0.5/10 Atmosphere(staff and MGMT)- Lazy Just to to starbucks unless you Need a doughnut, its right next door.
While taking my order for a simple black coffee they would stop listening to me and do something else, interrupt me multiple times, stop mid order multiple times just to chit chat, loud and rude! They were so unprofessional! If you want Dunkin’ Donuts go to a different location because when I asked for the donut I wanted they said they didn’t have it as I was currently looking at it. waited 30 mins for an order parked while 6 people got their food went inside food was made wrong every peice of it said they had no frozen drinks and hair in food ordered croissants and got everything but that bagels ,english muffins and less hashbrowns then paid for
If I could give negative starts I would. We paid for 2 othere cars food. Got a refund, ordered again and then only of our food. Also, you tried to give you cash change when you have paid with a card.
