Biggest waste of time this entire month. I order on the app to pick it up at the drive thru because that’s the easiest and quickest way to get ur food. I get to the drive thru and I’m told that my food isn’t there even though it’s the exact location, I have confirmation of the order on my Dunkin app, and the money was literally withdrawn from my bank account for the purchase. I know it’s not that big of a deal but still it’s extremely annoying, especially because this Dunkin is always giving problems.
The food and drinks were great but the drive thru was quite literally an obstacle course, you have to loop your car all the way around the parking lot just to go thru the drive thru, because there were poles in the way.
This places is horrible. I went there to get my morning coffee and all I hear is the employees being SCREAMED at by who I would assume is the manager. This place is busy I get it, but these kids are trying their absolute best to help customers. On a positive note the girl at the counter was great and very helpful!
