Horrible!!! I called to make sure the coffee I ordered doesn’t contain milk as I’m allergic. The person who answered was incredibly rude to me and hung up on me.
very poor service, milk was not good anymore - i feel very sick
I love Dunkin’, but they really need to do something about this branch. It has the slowest service ever. Even though there are enough workers, sometimes only one employee stays at the cashier. Both the customers and workers move like snails, as if everything is happening in slow motion. They take forever. I’ve been there six times, and only once was I able to place my order without getting frustrated watching the slow interaction between the cashier and customers.
I always grab a coffee before my class. The coffee is always better than other locations.
