Stopped in quickly after my plans got canceled and grabbed a Medium Heatwave drink. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the drink was perfectly refreshing for my drive home. Great experience!
This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Today, an Indian employee saw me walk in while he was serving only one customer. I waited, and then he asked me, “Sir, did you already order?” I was thinking, “You just watched me walk in, so why would you ask me that?” It made me feel like I wasn’t being acknowledged as a customer. What really bothered me was the lack of hygiene. I saw him sneeze into his hands in the food preparation area, and I never saw him wash or sanitize his hands afterward. Always a long line. Always only one or two people working. And even the workers seem to have an attitude about working under staffed. Waited 30min just to place my order. Worst Dunkin in BK
