I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this location needs some serious change in customer service. I ordered my drink through mobile order and specifically stated “no whipped cream”. As soon as I got there to pick up my order I see a drink under my name with whip cream, meanwhile on the sticker order it says “NO WHIPPED CREAM”. I understand mistakes happen, so I kindly asked if my drink could be made again since I am lactose intolerant and the whipped cream had already spread over the drink.
