Boston cream donuts mistakenly filled with vanilla cream. Also, apparently, their donuts are frozen and take 2 hours to thaw, so they couldn't even get them made correctly. Probably not gonna go to a dunkin again.
I am not at all shocked by any of these reviews when it comes to the employees who work there. This specific location is very close to my house, which is why I come Every single time I come it’s like the employees are agitated That they have to serve customers. A lot of them are very rude and definitely should not work there or any place that you have to talk to customers. Especially the employee that is skinny and very hard to tell if it’s a boy or a girl honestly.
The people working here couldn’t care less about their job. I get you work at Dunkin but damn. Every time I come here they’re about as friendly as rattlesnakes. They didn’t even get a simple order of two donuts correct.
To my fellow nurses, don’t bother coming here! I stopped by hoping to get a free cup of coffee to kickoff Nurses Week, but got turned away because the employee didn’t think they were participating in that offer, and didn’t want to ask the manager. It’s definitely a nationwide thing, and on all the news stations… oh well, if they don’t care for or support nurses, I won’t be coming back, that’s fine.
