I went through the drive through and bought 2 drinks 1 sandwich and a dozen doughnuts. When I asked about free donut and tote. I was told you have to buy a donut. I told the young man no it shows right here on the app if you buy a drink its a free donut and tote for each drink. He told me no I was wrong I have to buy a donut. Drinks came out quick! No wait and tastes good! 5 Stars!
I never go to Dunkin’ Donuts but I had gotten coupons in the mail so I was like why not. Well yesterday 11/22/25 I used the coupon for an iced coffee a specialty one which was an extra charge but I was fine with that the cashier was super helpful made it very easy. Today 11/23/25 I went again since I had the same coupon it was a different cashier girl telling me they were not able to honor the coupon. Purchased 2 of the wicked tins with donut holes and they were old and stale. Pretty disappointed. Used app and drive thru for pick up.
All the ingredients were skipped out on... barely any frosting on donuts, matcha latte was mostly ice, with barely any milk or matcha—way overpriced for half the quality/flavor youd expect. Never coming back
