You have to literally wait 15 min til they take your order in the drive thru. Even when I order ahead I still have to wait for someone to ask for my order 15 minutes later.
I tried the $6 meal deal today. I pre ordered using the app and went through the drive through at about 7:45 a.m. My drink was ready, but I had to wait a few minutes for the food. As soon as I pulled out I tried one of the hash browns. They were halfway between cold and lukewarm. By no stretch of the imagination were they hot. When I get hash browns of McDonald's I have to wait at least 2 minutes before eating because they are nice and toasty. This place is a complete disaster—nothing is fresh, the donuts come straight from a frozen box, and they’re often not even warm. You’d be better off buying your own ingredients at the grocery store. The sanitation is awful; the machines, counters, and even the walls are filthy, making you question how safe anything they serve really is. On top of that, they never have anything restocked! Donuts were NOT at all fresh. Nasty. Waste of $18. Won't go back.
Every single time I come to this dunkin the people at the drive through are rude and act annoyed that I’m there. The food is always terrible but usually the drinks are okay. Today I got a bagel and a refresher, the bagel was so hard it was basically not edible and the drink was super watered down. It just upsets me that I spend money here to get food I can’t even eat and to be made uncomfortable by rude employees.
