I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin' location. I came here on a Friday morning hoping they could help resolve an issue caused by another Dunkin' location. My husband works at USPS in this area, and we had already driven 45 minutes to get him to work. As a regular customer, I thought the staff would be willing to assist or at least try to find a solution. Instead, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the manager, Madonna.
