I placed a mobile order and waited for 20 mins, they still didn't have my drink ready. I had to leave without it because I was running late. On top of that, the four staff members stood behind the counter and kept giggling to themselves, doing nothing. It was an iced black coffee, how hard can that be???
I ordered a medium coffee and was given a small. When I politely informed the cashiers that I had ordered a medium, they became combative and insisted I had ordered a small. They clearly confused my order with the guy behind me who ordered a small. So weird to argue with a customer instead of just replacing a four-dollar drink.
Waited 20 mins for my iced coffee order, could not get help from staff. I left without my coffee to make it to work on time. This place is an lol mess
Every time I come here I have a problem with my change... Then when I say something it's like they don't understand me... "Check your change" Short change Scam...
Employees here are the worst. Sunday giveaway was stolen by employees and then they say they don't have any tote bags early in the morning. How is this possible. They said oh we gave them out before the giveaway time. Btw the drinks are never made good here. Stay away the other location on Manhattan ave is so much better
