Every time I come in here it’s something different. This is the worst and most inconsistent Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They’re out of this, they’re out of that. They can’t do this for you, they can’t do that- even if they did it the last time. I usually ask for a small in a medium cup with extra ice, something every single other Dunkin has done for me, and sometimes they’ll do it and sometimes they’ll literally yell that they don’t do that. A fine corner Dunkin. Some seating, and very clean. Ordered on the app, and waited less than a minute for my perfectly prepared coffee. Plus service with a smile. No complaints.
Came in and ordered my coffee the same way I would any other day and the female manager here sat and told me she wouldn’t make it that way, I politely and respectfully informed her the form I was ordering my coffee is not only available on the mobile app but it is how I ordered said drink any day and she continued to refuse I walked out after this and took my business 5 minutes away and ordered the exact same drink with no issues
Staff keep talking in phone and not taking customer orders , I waited 21 minutes for one black coffee. Not very professional
Good place to get a quick iced matcha latte.
