I normally don’t have any issues with this location however today the gentleman who made my bfs sandwich was either new or just did not care. He ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel, nothing complicated, instead he was given a plain bagel with 2 tops that were both rock hard, cheese wasn’t even melted and everything else was ice cold. Beautiful place, but honestly very unorganized, I experienced a rude employee who charged me for my drink and made 4 different drinks, then stating "oh the machine was broken" and I was like well can I have a refund, and decided to take the drinks back! Like how you going to waste, I ended up just taking the drinks and the overcharged amount while waiting for an eternity for her to make my drinks in the first place. At that point just give the drinks for free since your the one that messed up!!
