It is a pleasant atmosphere and the staff makes me feel welcomed. The food and coffee is excellent. The management have contributed to and supported events in the community. They are welcoming to customers that I have witnessed and allow patrons to stay and work at tables. I go here often and have always had a positive experience.
Very unprofessional.. I am a amazon delivery driver just stopping by to get a large ice coffee and ordered on the app however for some reason, app only allows me medium free drink.. I ask politely if they can make it large, both of them curse me out and gave me attitude.. Every time ilmy delivery route is in that area, I stopped by at this dunkin but now I'll find another one Both manager and employee curse me out
Terrible service by the attendant. Awful! Despicable!
This morning I went and ordered a cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso, totaling $7.61. The girl who served me... I SAW her... didn't use fresh coffee and used coffee that was already in a cup or leftover coffee from one... she took milk, frothed it, and gave it to me... I complained because I SAW EVERYTHING and she denied everything. From the moment I paid, I saw the whole process and she had a bad attitude... I paid more than $7!
