No outlets work and they won’t take and charge your phone. Why else would I want a cruller at 8pm on a Sunday night?
I walked in to pick up my mobile order, after waiting a few minutes two of the staff came over and asked what I was waiting for. Turns out I ordered to the wrong Dunkin, they were kind about it and offered to either make it there for me or give me directions to the right Dunkin. Had a good laugh, make sure to double check your address before doing mobile order!
I never leave reviews but this place is just terrible. The workers will completely ignore you and then proceed to make your order wrong. Even if you order for pick up it will take 20 minutes to review your order
I went into this Dunkin’ Donuts twice Asking for the pint of ice cream that’s in the freezer and the two times they couldn’t find the key. The first time the cashier ignored me. The second time the cashier was very rude. Coming out the office screaming I don’t have the Key so I asked her how do you make a purchase if somebody wants a piece of ice cream
Ordering a combo iced coffee and a croissant swap was very unfriendly.
