Chargerd for large coffee and I got a medium, went back and the server became hostile, the emotional projection is an act of guilt
Terrible experience and absolutely awful customer service. I was made to wait for more than 20 minutes for a small black coffee with no sugar — something extremely simple. During that entire time, I watched them serve and hand out orders to people who had arrived after me. The most frustrating part was having to go to the counter three separate times to ask what was happening. Its a dunks so it is what you expect. The only issue i have is that this is fast food. I waited like 10mins for a meal deal. At 1st I thought they must be slammed then I saw they had molasses working the station making sandwiches. This girl was so slow it hurt to watch and I have a degree in the industry. Pick up the pace lady!
