Well never go through the Halloween month as tourist pack the town creating long lines. Otherwise it's different and sell items you won't find anywhere else. They had specialized donuts and drinks for the season!!

I rarely write reviews, but I came to Salem on vacation to explore the town. While I was on a tour, I stepped away to visit this Dunkin’ and ordered a coffee, a donut, and bacon snacks. When they gave me my order, they included an extra donut because of a buy-one-get-one deal. Up to that point, everything was fine. Then one of the employees—there were about ten workers there—mocked me by imitating what he apparently thought was a Chinese language or accent. Very cute the line moved very quickly. Only downside was their fortuneteller machine was down so instead they handed out to the fortune. It’s very cute and the donuts were delicious. Coffee was a little bitter, but that just might be my preference.
