The “manager” has no clue how to deal with customers. There should be no reason he turns around to talk to a team member about a customer or how he feels about the customer as they are standing there. The attitude in the building isn't welcoming and the customer service needs to be better.
Paper left in my sandwich
I arrived at this location at 6:45p because I needed a pick me up and was informed that they are closed. As per the website, the hours are 5a-7p, and I am extremely disappointed that I was turned away with 15 minutes to spare for a cup of coffee.
