How about next time instead of making eye contact with me 3 times and a filthy look and not saying a word, say something like I’ll be right there, or drop what you’re doing and make a quick coffee
Be aware!!! Dunkin started enforcing the rules that you MUST take ice or if not pay additional $0.75 + tax on your personal drinks. So, if you want a cold drink, they will pack it with ICE so the coffee or milk is at minimum, the smallest you get, but you end up paying a bigger size including a dirty ICE - $6. I just experienced it at this store and they told me that the owner wants it this way. He wants everyone to drink what he wants. What a stupid and money grabbing policy. Hope you are bankrupt soon.
