I feel so bad for the employees. I have never in my life experienced such an angry, disrespectful, and evil manager than this woman. It’s a 90° day and clearly everyone is stressed//doing the best they can, however, no one deserves to be treated this horribly. The situation needs will be addressed with a higher up.
I've been coming here for about a year, every day on my break. I've never had to ask for my order to be corrected. Manager is very friendly and prioritizes customers. Coffee is always fresh and accurate.
Rude not customers faults they hate their jobs. Doesn’t cost anything to be a nice human
I just wish they would have filled the cup…the drink is already almost 6$.
