Don’t know who that girl with the hijab is but it’s always extremely slow service when she’s there, food and drinks are always bad, and she’s always screaming and joking around instead of doing what she needs to do. She’s very unprofessional I don’t know why she works here.
Absolutely horrible service and attitude. One of the WORST "mocha" i have had in my life! It was basically just water. When I complained they tried to add some some choco powder and and pass it off. I was so disappointed by the taste that I left the drink at the counter. Asked the guy, what are their options for hot drinks. He behaved like he couldn't be bothered to answer. I've always gone there and never had any problems, but today they started talking to me and automatically the service became terrible. The coffee was without sugar, the employee serving the food was practically throwing it at me. A huge disappointment.
