The SLOWEST service ever. Don't bother going in for a coffee even if you have pre-ordered it. The morning rush hour is ridiculous. There's never more than two people working. I left 12 minutes earlier to stop and get one cup of coffee this morning, as the DD is right above the subway station. There were only two people in front of me - I had to leave the line to go make my train. This is the third time this has happened this month. And the employees - the kind ones never last.
