I ordered a cup of coffee online and asked for napkins. While the person working behind the counter is standing right next to the napkins the man told me to go all the way to the front to get the napkins that's 2 inches away from him. I go to the front to ask why would I have to come all the way to the front to get napkins , she replied and said because it's for online orders ,(I ORDERED FROM ONLINE). Very bad service.
Staff is slow, gets order wrong, food is always cold and undercooked
The young girl at counter is the nastiest person I came across in any Dunkin Donut Store ever. She took the order wrong and started shouting pointing finger at me. Don't recommend going there.
The Egyptian guy in this restaurant is very rude, he came to me saying loudly :” you’re sitting here since two hours !” I showed him my receipt that I ordered the coffee was about 40 minutes ago ! I don’t recommend this Dunkin’
