The black woman is so rude. Refuse assist ordered from App for 20 minutes still need to wait. The manager state there are so many orders many people need to wait. Will report this to corp to suspend their franchise.
The SLOWEST service ever. Don't bother going in for a coffee even if you have pre-ordered it. The morning rush hour is ridiculous. There's never more than two people working. I left 12 minutes earlier to stop and get one cup of coffee this morning, as the DD is right above the subway station. There were only two people in front of me - I had to leave the line to go make my train. This is the third time this has happened this month. And the employees - the kind ones never last. They’re nice and chill + their donuts r SO GOOD and better than any other place. I come here a lot during my school lunch
