There is a $2 dollar off $10 coupon available thru the App, good thru June 3rd. I gave my phone to the guy to swipe the coupon. Before I knew it, he swiped my credit card and the coupon didnt work. This happens ALL the time at this Dunken. Why promote the app if it doesnt work.
The lady that took my order was very pleasant, so this is not about the service, but more about cleanliness and atmosphere. There was a female at the pickup end that had her maybe 2 or 3 years old daughter standing on the counter with shoes the entire time that my order was being prepared, so I asked the cashier to please bring my food to the register end. I would rather pay $3 for a can of Dunkin cold foam instead of the poor excuse of $1.50 add-on cold foam being made at the Tyrone store.
