On Washington st middletown ct. around 1 pm. Walked in didn’t ask for cheese on my sandwich and then to sit I wouldn’t sit at a table. The place was VERY DIRTY ! Coffe stains everywhere and crumbs on every table trash overflowing. Men’s room locked with someone in it for over20 min. It was gross! The hair place wanted me to complain cause I’m sure they may have already.
Coffee is absolutely disgusting like garbage water every morning I come here before I drop my daughter off at school. Tried to have them remake it once before, and they rolled their eyes at me. Going to Cromwell Dunkin’ Donuts going forward and sending corporate a message about sending someone down to fix this mockery.
Terrible service drink order wrong every time ?! “Manager “ said he would help but didn’t receive that!
Always a good coffee place with fast food goodies and quick convenient spots to stop along the way.
