I used to live here two years ago and this used to be my favorite. Duncan went there this morning ordered about $30 worth of food and everything was cold maybe lukewarm. When I went to pull out of the drive-through, I instantly realized that the hashbrowns were cold so I turned back around and then in checking everything else even the bagel egg and cheese was like it had been heated up, essentially not toasted or even cooked properly also used to be a warm and friendly environment. I typically don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts often. This location is convenient to where I have to go so I made a quick stop this morning. I felt the need to give Angie the recognition she so well deserves. Her energy, customer service and ability to deliver a great cup of coffee is exemplary. Not only is Angie funny, she managed to put a smile on my face when my morning was going just ‘okay.’ Angie made my day. May she be given the well deserved praises for her good work. Thank you.
